Eligibility and Scope of the Agreement<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reservation constitutes an accommodation agreement between the reservation holder and GO Quito Hotel. The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the guest receives written confirmation from the hotel or from the corresponding authorized booking channel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and stay at the hotel without an accompanying adult.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reservation holder is responsible for:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 The conduct and safety of their companions and visitors<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 The accuracy of all information provided to the hotel<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 All payments, consumptions and charges generated during the stay<\/span><\/p><p><strong>2. Rates and Taxes<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rates are expressed in United States dollars (USD), are net and non-commissionable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rates may vary until the reservation has been confirmed and guaranteed by the hotel. The hotel may correct evident errors in rates, availability or system entries before the service is provided, by informing the guest in a timely manner.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current taxes and charges:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Service charge: 10%<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 DMQ Tourism Facilities and Services Fee: USD 2.75 per room, per night<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 VAT: 15%. Foreign guests whose stay in Ecuador does not exceed 90 days are exempt from VAT, provided that the invoice is issued directly in their name.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any change in dates, number of guests, room type or other modifications may result in adjustments to the applicable rates.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>3. Payments, Deposits and Guarantees<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During high seasons or for certain rates and promotions, the hotel may request full prepayment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At check-in, the hotel will place a pre-authorization on the credit card to cover consumptions, pending charges, damages or extraordinary cleaning. The release of unused amounts will depend on the processing times of the issuing bank.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a company or third party guarantees the reservation and does not make the payment, the reservation holder will be responsible for the outstanding amount.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accepted payment methods:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Credit card<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Bank transfer<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Corporate credit, provided it has been previously approved by GO Quito Hotel<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 PayPal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Cash<\/span><\/p><p><strong>4. Cancellations, No-Show and Modifications<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the season, promotion or booking channel used. When a reservation is made through agencies, operators, digital platforms or other intermediaries, additional conditions from the corresponding channel may apply.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2022 Cancellations made within the period allowed by the rate will not generate a charge.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 In case of no-show, one night\u2019s stay will be charged.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Early departure may result in the charge of the remaining nights, according to the confirmed rate.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-refundable rates do not allow cancellations, modifications or refunds. Any cancellation or modification must be requested in writing and will only be valid once confirmed in writing by the hotel.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>5. Check-in, Check-out and Room Assignment<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2022 Check-in: from 15h00<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Check-out: until 12h00<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early check-in:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Before 10h00: full room rate<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Between 10h00 and 12h00: 50% of the room rate<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Between 12h00 and 15h00: USD 20 plus taxes and service charge, subject to availability<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Late check-out:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Until 18h00: 50% of the room rate<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 After 18h00: 100% of the room rate<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Room assignment is subject to operational availability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preferences regarding room number, view, floor, proximity between rooms or specific room features will be accommodated subject to availability.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>6. Occupancy and Visitors<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A King Room may accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old sharing a bed with their parents.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Double Queen Room may accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An additional person aged 12 or older, in any room type, will generate a surcharge of USD 37 plus taxes per night.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An extra bed has a cost of USD 50 plus taxes per night, subject to availability and hotel confirmation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All visitors must register at reception. The hotel will request identification from visitors and may restrict entry for reasons of security, capacity, operation or guest tranquility.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parties and activities that exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of the room are not allowed.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>7. Pets<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dogs are allowed only in Dog-Friendly rooms, with an additional charge of USD 50 per night, and only in the designated areas of the hotel: lobby and rooftop.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GO Quito Hotel has two rooms designated for guests staying with pets. These rooms will be assigned according to availability at the time of reservation or check-in.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reservation holder is responsible for the care, behavior and hygiene of the pet, as well as for any damage, dirt or disturbance the pet may cause during the stay.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any damage will be covered by the guarantee or pre-authorization registered at check-in.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel may request the removal of the pet if its presence affects the operation of the hotel or the tranquility of other guests.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>8. Wellness Areas<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible adult in the pool area.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to the spa, gym, sauna and hot tub is permitted only for guests over 18 years old.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of all these facilities is under the guest\u2019s responsibility and must comply with the safety and coexistence rules indicated by the hotel.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>9. Parking<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parking is a service subject to availability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of vehicles or objects stored inside them, including those caused by third parties.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>10. Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel is not responsible for services provided by third parties, even when such services have been coordinated, managed or recommended by the hotel.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>11. Conduct and Safety<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the rooms and in any indoor area of the hotel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to comply will generate a charge of USD 500 for special cleaning and deodorization.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any negligent, illegal or aggressive conduct, or any behavior that affects the safety or tranquility of other guests or hotel staff, may result in the immediate termination of the stay, without the right to a refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entry, storage or use of objects or substances considered dangerous or prohibited under current regulations is not allowed.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>12. Belongings and Damages<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest is responsible for the care of their belongings. Guests are advised to use the safe available in the room for valuable items.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel is not responsible for personal items that are forgotten, lost or stolen on the premises.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest must assume the corresponding charges in case of:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Damage to hotel property or equipment<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Losses caused in the room or common areas<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Extraordinary cleaning due to improper use of the spaces<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Unauthorized removal of amenities or any item belonging to the hotel<\/span><\/p><p><strong>13. Group Reservations<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservations that include 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations.
