- Inform the staff about any medical restrictions before receiving treatments.
- Sexual activities are not allowed on the spa premises.
- The spa is not responsible for lost items; it is recommended to take care of your belongings.
- Tips are not included in the cost of the treatment.

- Reservations: It is recommended to make them in advance via WhatsApp at +593987216666 or the hotel reception.
- Punctuality: Arrive 15 minutes before your therapy for the respective medical registration. In case of delay, the therapy time will be shortened.
- Cancellation: Communicate at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Delays: Arriving late will shorten the treatment time; prolonged delays are considered absence.
- Health: Avoid treatments after eating and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Pregnancy: Pregnant women from 4 months onwards and with special medical conditions require medical authorization.
- Payment: Cash, bank transfer, or credit card are accepted; payment must be made in advance
