This space is highly versatile and easily adapts to the nature of the event and the audience. It features movable walls that divide the area into up to 5 venues, ideal for corporate and social events. High-quality acoustic solutions ensure excellent sound during various presentations. Different scenarios control the lights.

We have a garden, a terrace, and a private balcony for outdoor events. In the garden, located between the buildings, a lawn surrounded by trees creates an urban oasis. The terrace and balcony offer a panoramic view of Quito. Throughout the day, the colors of the city change, providing a unique light that enhances these spaces.
