My experience at this hotel was excellent. From the very first moment, I felt truly welcomed thanks to the warm and always helpful staff. The room, modern and equipped with smart technology, made my stay even more comfortable—being able to control the lighting, climate, and other features from a single system was incredibly convenient and special.

We held our company’s Strategic Planning workshop at the hotel. The experience was outstanding; the staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful. The facilities were modern and clean, and the food was delicious—perfect for a corporate event.

The hotel is beautiful and the food is great but the showstopper was my spa experience with Elvia. Her massage had the perfect pressure, she was attentive during my facial and provided a beautiful and relaxing experience for me. It was such a wonderful way to land in Quito after a long flight.

We had a great time here at the bar where Moises and Andy prepared a wonderful Canelazo Spritz for us in a fantastic setting. They uplifted the fine view and drinks with the necessary moodlifting music and conversation. I thought that was a really great experience and will definitely come back to the bar @ Panecillo!

We organized a corporate event at the hotel, where the service provided by our captain, Juan Carlos, was impeccable. He was always attentive to everything we needed to ensure the event was a complete success.
