Cancellation policy
Refundable rate: Our cancellation policy for our refundable rate is as follows: Our guests are free to cancel their reservation prior to 6:00 p.m. local hotel time the day before scheduled arrival without incurring any fees. If the guest cancels after 6:00 p.m., local hotel time, the day before arrival, the Hotel will charge the first night’s cost. No prepayment is required for this rate.
Non-refundable rate: Cancellation at any time will result in the total price of the reservation being charged. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Guaranteed reservation
We request you provide a major credit card to secure your reservation. Your credit card information will be stored securely in our system and will not be charged. This is a measure to ensure that your reservation is guaranteed and that we reserve your preferred dates.
Check-in time: 3:00 pm
Check-out time: noon.
Taxes & fees
15% tax. The tax (IVA) will be exempted for invoices issued to foreign guests.
10% service charge
$2.75 city tax fee per room per night
